These clients wanted to updated an original bathroom with shower over bath to create a more accessible bathroom for aging in place. They also wanted to refresh a cramped laundry and include built in storage.

This home was monocrete construction, meaning all internal walls were concrete and so we built new half walls to conceal services behind the toilet and basin and the room diving wall also conceals the shower pipes.
