A key part of our work is designing energy-efficient homes suited to Canberra’s climate. Using solar passive design principles and detailed thermal modelling, our new homes typically achieve NatHERS energy ratings above 8.0 stars. For renovations, we regularly transform older homes from less than 2 stars to over 7.0 stars - significantly improving comfort, liveability and long-term performance.

We work across a range of project scales, from targeted renovations and extensions through to full knockdown rebuilds. Most renovation and extension projects sit between $300,000 and $750,000, while new builds are typically in the $750,000 to $1.25 million range. We are also experienced in delivering both smaller, staged renovations and larger, high-performance homes.
